These are some of the books I found on my journey. Each one helped me immensely in a different way. I’ll be doing individual book reviews later in the winter, but for anyone who’s trying to get a leg up on their depression recovery, this is a great place to start.
I always prefer the audio edition of any book when it’s read by the author. I found I was missing the proper emphasis of the message through my depressed fog, and hearing the author voice stress the important words in the proper way really helps the message sink in.
